About

A bit about me...
My journey to becoming a personal trainer started from a desire to help women like me have the confidence to begin or continue a fitness program, understanding the balance between cardio, strength training, flexibility work and rest days to achieve their goals.

I have always been keen on fitness and over the years have tried many different types of exercise, fitness classes and gyms. I have been on and off diets for as long as I can remember, and have tried as many fad diets as you can name!

Undergoing breast cancer treatment at the age of 47 made me re-evaluate what was important and living a long healthy life enjoying time with family and friends is a priority! To this end, I try to achieve a good balanced diet (which absolutely includes the odd indulgence!) and I have become very focused on my fitness and overall health and love doing home workouts well as at a local gym in Farnham.
I decided to have a complete career change and study for a qualification in personal training, nutrition and weight management in the hope that with my passion, empathy and knowledge I can help other women work towards their diet and fitness goals!
